Let us all take a good look and do a light thinking on the above food chain. Why do this natural food chain exist? The answer is to maintain the earth ecosystem balance. That's why these creatures were created the way we see them now. Grass grows easily due to the high demand of the plants-depending herbivores. Without grass, caterpillars won't survive to spread it's butterfly wings, without butterflies insects depending animals like frogs wouldn't survive either, and so would the eagles and the rest of the creatures in the food chains in the circle of life.
If either one of the creature in the food chain were overpopulated, the world will lost its ecosystem balance as the overpopulated creatures wipe out creatures below the food chain and eventually caused them to be extinct. So, to keep the earth ecosystem well balanced, the overpopulated creature will have to get its population controlled. Either decreasing the overpopulated creature, or increasing the creature below or above the overpopulated creature. You know, produce more lions so that it will eat more deers, or increase the number of frogs so that there will be enough food for the overpopulated eagles.
Such biology act can easily be applied onto animals to maintain our earth ecosystem balance, but what if the creature that is overpopulating the earth are human? Can we apply the same act as well? If not, why not? If yes, why so? Up until now, human is still on top of the food chain and nothing can top us other than nuclear and mother-nature. In order to protect the population, human doesn't have claws like bears or sharp teeth and fangs like the lions, but we are granted with superb brain intellect which the animals have none. Because of intellectual, human were able to survive and win over the neanderthals and other human ancestors in the past until now.
The only problem now is that human is overpopulating the earth and are now causing many kinds of pollutions and extinction that is threatening the earth. To decrease the number of human on earth in the name of earth rescue mission is considered ridiculously inhuman. Whereby the modern human life is now contributing to global warming, sea pollution, air pollution, waste threat and too many more. This is not only endangering the lives of human being but the animals and plants as well. Global warming will someday caused the ice-bergs on the North and South pole to melt down and flood the earth. So swimming skills will be crucial in far future, and perhaps human will evolve into mermaids in another million years.
At this point, I'll put my Ecosystem Balance thought switch to Inhuman state, you know... just for fun. Not that I don't wanna take on the human side cause I'm a human myself.
People in the past lived their life on wars. If it's not a great world war, at least people were so much involved into tribal wars or civil wars. Wars usually takes a long period of time and jeopardize many lives. Ergo the phrase, "this will cut the war short by 5 years and save millions of life". However, since democracy were practiced by many countries, there had been less war today than it was in the past. 200 years ago, people fight in battles for independence but now independence can be achieved peacefully.
I kinda blame on "peace" and "democracy" for all the earth threatening pollution that's happening today. If it wasn't because of that, human won't be overpopulating the world and none of this earth threatening problem will occur. Although it's good that scientist nowadays are struggling to invent machines and products that is eco-friendly, it is undeniable that human overpopulation is the root of all the eco problem that's been happening and will happen in the future.
So how do we save the earth overall? The only logic answer I can think of is to kill more people. How should one kill another people without being convicted by the law? My answer is, organize a battle of the century or a world war and make it last for 10 to 20 years. By then, human population will abruptly decrease by at least 10billion and for sure earth will regain its ecosystem balance again! If war is too much to think of, then ask the scientist to create an epidemic disease and spread it around the world and leave it for 20 years before announcing it's anti-dote discovery.
Don't rolled your eyes on me. I told you I'm switching my humanity off only for a few paragraphs in this post. Now I'm switching it on again, and I must tell you that I feel terrible to have thought of these ideas of solving the earth threatening problems!
