Definitely no obvious physical changing, and I'll tell you why.... T_T

Before I go further with my PSF 2 progress, I would like to first apologize for this week's entry delay. I totally forgot about it until I visit my own blog earlier.

Anyway, I am quite frustrated on my progress for the past couple weeks. As you can see, there are absolutely no obvious physical changes from the picture, but I'm still glad to have the positive yet unimpressive measurement result for this week. I admit that there were less exercises done, due to the unfriendly weather, and also some mental distress, due to the 3 tests preparation that I had to do.

I kept my diet routine going by consuming less food and also few days of fasting whenever I managed to woke up early. However, there were several days I took supper to overcome the hunger caused by my mental distress, or otherwise I wouldn't be able to concentrate on my study for the tests preparation.

By the end of 1st week after the 3rd entry, I was worried because I feel as if I gained some weight. So, I tried figure out something to ease the uneasy feeling when I recall about something I've forgotten for weeks. Last month, I bought a "4 Step Shape" slimming product. It's a bekung that has 4 lines of zippers. I bought it from Lelong.my and the product looks like this.



I was surprise when the bekung fits me, because the first time I bought it, I couldn't even get the zippers attached. It was like 4 centimeters apart, and even when I breathe and tuck my tummy in, there were still at least 2 centimeters gap between the zippers! When I finally managed to attached the zippers, then I realize the obvious physical changes I've been wanting to see and I was actually happy about it. The reason to why I started using it was to make my body work and burn it's calories while I'm sitting and continue my study. I'm glad it worked although I may have to face the risk of having a pear shape body later, but at least it gives me a positive result.

Now that IPTA student all over Malaysia are having 2 weeks of holiday for the upcoming Hari Raya event. So I best hope to be able to achieve more positive result by exercising and dieting during the holidays. Jogging helps me a lot, as now I am no longer panting like a dog when I walk to the lecture hall from my dorm. Oh! By the way, I no longer take the bus to attend classes! Thinking of my body burning calories while walking gives me the enjoyable and satisfaction feeling during the walk. I now love walks more than I ever did.

my diet plan faillll!! totally...i din't lose any weight but i manage to maintain it. been eating so much this past few days..
