Weird and funny fruits/vegetables.

I haven't been pampering myself with easy-reading material lately, so I went out just to buy myself the latest issue of Infiniti *a younger sibling of Mastika* and a comic book. Reading Infiniti never fail to put the awesomeness and mixtures of thrill/interesting/exciting feelings, especially when they include two mystery articles of places in Sabah *that's ma home-land!* in this April issue.

Ok! Nuff said! What really caught my attention in this latest issue of Infiniti is the article entitled "Buah berbentuk ANEH". Not only that the pictures were funny, but they were real and magnificent by my sight. There were only three fruits/vegetables mentioned in the article, but for the sake of rectifying my own curiosity on 'weird looking fruits/vege, I've done a little internet research by myself and found one fruit to be included in this post. Now let me introduce to you the first weird shape fruit story.

Various shapes of watermelon
The Japanese have been introducing a fruit genetic engineering technique namely "Fruit Developing through Matter Shaping". This technique doesn't change the genetic identity of the fruit/vege, but only changes it's shape. For example, producing an apple that has the shape of a mango or a bottle. It's not really that complicated since all you have to do is putting a not-fully developed fruit into a desired fixed case so that it will grow according to the fixed case shape. Using this technique, the Japanese have been able to produce various shapes of watermelon including heart, pyramid, cube and even a funny head shape. It's has been selling around in the Japan grocery shops just like the other fruits. Check out these amazing various shapes of watermelon!

Oh.. by the way the last picture of this watermelon isn't part of the engineered watermelon. It's just a naturally grown abnormal watermelon or like we always call it, a Siamese Twins of 2 watermelons that looks like a fat azz. Ngee~

Buddha shaped pears
Same technique as mentioned above done on these cute little Buddha shaped pears. It was just a regular pear fruit that was forced to grow in a Buddha shape plastic. Check it out! :)

Peter Peppers
It's just a regular pepper that has been plant and sale widely in Mexico. What makes Peter Pepper interesting is it's shape that resembles a penis *LOL*. It grows naturally into such shape and wasn't engineered at all. Although it can be eaten just like any other ordinary peppers, the Mexican prefers to make it as sex symbol decorations. No fertility purpose, just a normal ornament like any other home decoration items. *Geez.. what kind of people make something that looks like this as home decoration anyway??* Check out the funny d*cks... I mean, pics.. Hahaha!

Nareepol Fruits
Now comes my favorite interesting fruit! It is called the Nareepol fruits! Amazingly, the shape of this fruit resembles a shape of a woman's body. It resembles to the tiniest detail that you'll even see all 10 fingers and toes and if you're lucky enough, the nipples on the breasts. It grows naturally, not engineered in a place called Petchaboon in Thailand. It was named Nareepol because of it's shape and fruit status, Naree=woman and pol=fruit. Because of it's shape, some uses Nareepol as herbal for fertility, and sometimes sold as souvenirs. Check out the amazing Nareepol pics!

That's all about the weird fruits. There are more of them out there, I mean online of course but these are the only weird shape fruits that really exists! Most of the pictures I found were adobed and fake. So until then~ :)
